DRDO-Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE)

Combat Vehicles Research and Development organization (CVRDE) is the work of the defense Research and Development organization (DRDO ) . Located at Avadi, in Madras, India. It is the primary DRDO work involved in the development of armored combat vehicles, Tanks, Automotive electronics and some different. In 1965, the Heavy Vehicles plant under the Ordnance mill committee was put up In Avadi to construct Vijayanta Tanks. The detachment of VRDE was demonstrated there to provide R& D assistance. At March 1976, this VRDE separation In Avadi was moved off from VRDE and re-designated as Combat Vehicles Research&improvement organization (CVRDE ), as the individual DRDO work responsible for Research&Development of Armoured Fighting Vehicles.

These nominees would receive apprenticeship education for One year under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 in Combat Vehicles Research and Development organization (CVRDE ), Madras.
